Reservation Policy

• A room booking can be guarantee with either full credit card details or with a deposit (Normally 50% or the full cost of the payment) by bank transfer. The balance of your account can be paid upon departure dated in cash; credit card Visa Master card are accept American Express.

• In the event that the guest has already made a deposit, the room will remain reserved until no later than 12 noon of the following day.
  
  
• We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Sometimes in quieter period as Low season we do accept provisional bookings with a 4 p.m. release, enabling you to cancel up to 4 p.m. on the day of arrival without incurring any cancellation charges.
  
  
• A No-show of a guaranteed booking will incur a 100%
  
  
• No-show charge (For the first night).
  
  
• Non refundable in case your cancellation without notification to resort by fax or e-mail.

  • 15 Days or more prior to your check-in date for Low Season (01 May 2008 – 31 October 2009).
    
    
  • 30 Days or more prior to your check-in date for High Season (01 November 2008 – 20 December 2009).
    
    
  • 45 Days or more prior to your check-in date for Peck Season (21 December 2008 – 10 January 2009).
    
    
  • On your credit card statement, it will be charged from Lanta Sand Resort & Spa.

  • If notification of cancellation is received after sending the confirmation letter: THB 700 will be charged for our service fee.
    
    
  • If notification of cancellation is received 15 working days (not including Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: THB 700 will be charged for our service fee.
    
    
  • If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days working days (not including Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge of one night room rate will be levied by Lanta Sand Resort & Spa.
    
    
  • If you fail to cancel your reservation, and/or do not check-in to a confirmed hotel, you will be charged entire stay will be levied by Lanta Sand Resort & Spa.
